Giant Globe for Pharmaceutical Manufacturer
What many clients do not know: as well as floats, we also build giant balls for the field of interior architecture or for construction are, as globes.
Our latest “Globe Project” was a complete system, consisting of a globe and stand construction, which we built for Novartis. The construction took place at the main entrance of the new factory in Marburg. With approx. 5 m in height and about 2.6 m total diameter, this is one of the larger projects, which we have carried out on a client’s orders. The special features are the copper continents, which were sealed with a clear varnish against corrosion. The overall transparency provides a certain lightness.
