Float production. A look in our workshop.

Here some float vessels can be seen before finishing and internal and external pressure tests, along with some float hemispheres that still need to be seam-welded and assembled (e.g. equipped with special magnets). The employee on the picture holds a part of a large float in his hand.

The workbench is used for delicate or difficult jobs such as drilling, assembling, or finishing.







One of our presses for the production of float hemispheres. Among our equipment are 8 punch presses ranging from 32 to 100 tonnes and a 100-tonne deep-drawing press that is capable of drawing sheets from 0,3 to 2,5 mm gauge. With this press, we also brake-bend thin sheets up to 2 m length.
